Who We Are
Nelly Care Center (NCC) is a refined organization based in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota and is dedicated to providing robust treatment services for community rehabilitation and reintegration platform for individuals suffering from drug and substance used. The organization is owned and operated by Stephanie L. Jargbah and Frances N. Cooper. ​

We are a residential treatment Center that provides a healthcare setting where individuals live in our 24/7 home while receiving intensive treatment for mental health or substance use disorders. At Nelly Care Center, we provide comprehensive and structured support, including therapy, medication management, and life skills training. Our professional team is available around the clock to monitor individuals, provide support, and intervene as needed.
We strive to offer opportunities for anyone who suffers from an addiction to become completely free, rehabilitated and reintegrated back into their communities.
